The Happy Musings for your day: Life sings only love songsLife, or in this instance, nature is constantly humming, performing, whispering sweet nothings in the ears. But to listen, this is the key. Life sings the most beautiful songs to us once we hustle through our days. They're tunes of: slow down, go easy, care for yourself, look out for others. And, the ever-present tune, "I love you. "How to know this sweetness when things appear so disruptive and disjointed? Peaceful the inner chatter, knowing these harmonious currents are there in order to sooth, inspire and fill you with everything really matters. It is not so difficult to do. Just stop for a second and let the words in your mind float away. Or, look in the clear, blue sky and suppose it drifts into your thoughts. I think doing this once or twice a day keeps you dancing towards the right tunes and feeling better for this. And if you can't listen to these sweet sounds, breathe all of them in. They are there for the using, for your nourishment. We do much and also have much to do, but it's so helpful to be fed by everything is higher and love is definitely higher than most of what we should are occupied by.
